The liquid contact part is made of SUS304 to enhance corrosion resistance. A high-performance sludge dewatering machine that boasts high dehydration rates and reduced power costs [catalog available].

The screw press dewatering machine was developed to address the shortcomings of other types of dewatering machines. The liquid-contact parts, which are primarily responsible for durability and corrosion resistance, are made entirely of SUS304. When used in conjunction with a fully automatic polymer dissolution device (optional) that allows for unmanned continuous operation of the time-consuming and labor-intensive polymer coagulant dissolution, it enables fully automatic (unmanned operation).
